User Accounts

Account Creation

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Magic Studio AI Art Generator
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our AI models
• Use the service for spam, harassment, or malicious activities

Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the original images you upload
• You grant Magic Studio a license to process your images for transformation
• Generated artwork is jointly owned by you and Magic Studio

Our Content

• Magic Studio owns all rights to the AI models and transformation technology
• Our website content, design, and branding are protected by copyright
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology

Payment and Refunds

Subscription Plans

• Free tier includes basic transformation features with limitations
• Pro and Enterprise tiers offer enhanced features and higher usage limits
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused services
• No refunds are provided for services that have been used
• We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

Limitation of Liability
